What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 14.00 pm until midnight. Check-out is by 11 am for the hotel and 10am for the apartment. Should you wish to enjoy some more time in Riva del Garda after checking out, we will be happy to mind your bags for you.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
What are the terms of cancellation?
You can cancel or modify your booking with no charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will affect a penalty equivalent to the full costs of your stay.
Do you offer an internet connection?
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in the whole hotel building and in the garden.
Do you offer a vegan breakfast?
Definitely, this year we started offering a vegan buffet menu at breakfast.
Do you only offer double rooms?
A double room can easily become a twin room at no extra charge. Just ask us when you check in. Certainly, some room types offer either a double bed or twin beds. Superior rooms with terrace and Deluxe rooms have a double bed.
Do you have a place to store bikes?
Yes, bicycles can be stored in our bike area which is video-monitored and accessible only by electronic keycard.
Where can I park my car?
Parking at the hotel is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but we do offer some free parking nearby. Please contact us for more information.
Can I bring my pet with me?
The hotel is pet-friendly and you can bring your pet along with a small fee for the final cleaning.
